Susan Schull, Amanda Schull's mom, is the current director of Hawaii Ballet. Amanda Schull went to Punahou School to pursue early learning. Amanda Schull, then 17 years of age, was awarded the ballet dance scholarship from Indiana University. Following her graduation from journalism, she enrolled in the Intensive Ballet Summer School San Francisco.
