Faris had said in the beginning that she was leaving the show to look for possibilities for a new career. Today, Faris is opening up on the motivations behind her decision. She didn't make the decision she did consciously. Janney is wearing a wig since the beginning of the series and was unafraid. Fallon revealed: "I told Fallon that Janney was wearing a hair since the beginning of season 1, but that no one was aware of it. Then, everybody knows." Janney is taking her wig along with her to commemorate the moment. In the first season of the show, she earned anywhere from $125,000 to the amount of $250,000 for each episode. At the end of the third season, Faris's partner Allison Janey was earning an estimated $200,000 per show.
